Terms of Service

Version: 2026-08-05

Eligibility and account responsibility

You must be at least 16, be legally able to enter this agreement where you live, and provide accurate registration information. Do not share credentials or allow another person to use your account. Contact the operator promptly if access is compromised.

Your content

You keep ownership of content you create. You grant the operator a limited, non-exclusive license to host, process, reproduce, adapt into technical derivatives, and display that content only as needed to operate, secure, moderate, back up, and improve PageTown. The license ends when content is deleted except for bounded caches, backups, legal preservation, moderation evidence, and content retained for other participants as described in the Privacy Notice.

Rules and service changes

You must follow the Community Guidelines, Acceptable Use Policy, and applicable law. The operator may remove content, limit features, suspend, or terminate accounts when reasonably necessary for safety, security, legal compliance, or rule enforcement. Material policy changes require a new version and, where appropriate, renewed acceptance or advance notice.

Availability, disputes, and local law

PageTown is pre-release and may change or experience interruptions. Any warranty disclaimer, liability limit, governing-law clause, consumer-rights notice, dispute process, and business identity must be drafted by qualified counsel for the actual operator and launch jurisdictions. Nothing in this draft limits rights that cannot lawfully be limited.

Ending the agreement

You may stop using PageTown and request account deletion. The operator may terminate access after proportionate enforcement, subject to any required notice or appeal. Provisions that must reasonably survive—such as safety evidence, dispute records, and lawful content licenses for retained records—survive only for their justified retention period.
